Obi Cubana was born in 12 April, 1975 and currently 46 years old (2021). He is from Aboji village in Oba community, Demili-South Local Government in Anambra state.

Obi Cubana is the second son of late Chief Alex and Mrs Uche Iyiegbu. He was born in Anambra state in April 12, 1975, where is attended Central Primary school.

He obtained his West African Senior School Certificate (WAEC) at Memorial Grammar School in Onitsha, Anambra state, after his family moved to the commercial city.

After his primary and secondary education, Obi Cubana attended University of Nigeria Nsukka, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Political Science.

In 2007, Obi Cubana opened his first night club called “Ibiza club” in Abuja. The success of Ibiza club led to the birth of Cubana club in 2009.

The first Cubana club was opened in Abuja in 2009. The night club provided entertainment for fun seekers in the country.

Today, Cubana club is situated in more than 10 cities and states in Nigeria, including Owerri, Lagos, Abuja and Enugu.

Cubana club have not only become a successful business venture, it has also birthed the Cubana Group, an entertainment and show promoting company which provides entertainment, lifestyle and real estate services.

Obi Cubana got married to his wife Ebele Iyiegbu in 2009. The couple is blessed with four boys named , Alex, Ifeanyi, Kosi and Ebube plus an adopted son.

Wife of Obi Cubana is a lawyer and a business woman. She owns a non profit organization called KIEK foundation which provides education, healthcare and basic amenities to the less privileged.
