IVD Wife Bimbo Death

Bimbo, wife of popular businessman Ikechukwu Ogbonna also known as IVD, is died.

The deceased suffered severe burns during a domestic violence incident at their residence in Meganound Estate , Lekki Lagos on Wednesday, October 12,2022.

After years of crying out multiple times over domestic violence she suffered from her husband, IVD wife Bimbo died in a Lagos hospital on Saturday October 15.

Bimbo Cause of Death

According to sources close to the family claims Bimbo confronted her husband over the regular beating she receives from him.

This caused a big fought between IVD and his wife Bimbo. Brig ours says they heard Bimbo scream during the fight.

The incident resulted to their house being set ablaze. IVD was said to have escaped with minor burns from the fire.

However, Bimbo suffered severe burns and was rushed to an intensive care unit. Multiple hospitals rejected her until one took her in for treatment.

Domestic violence Allegations

In May 2019, Bimbo escape death after she was allegedly beaten to coma by her husband during pregnancy.

She was eight months pregnant during that time and the story went viral on social media. However, this did not stop her husband from constantly abusing her.

In October 4, 2020, Bimbo’s husband IVD release video of him reconciling with her after she had hinted on social media that she was still being abused in her marriage.

In January 2022, few months before her death, Bimbo revealed she was “mentally unstable” and said that her life was been destroyed.

Also, she added that her life was “being destroyed” even though she entered her marriage with good intentions.
